Shipping Companies

KWC3D partners with trusted local delivery providers for regional shipments and utilizes leading national carriers, including Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, and DHL, for interprovincial and nationwide deliveries. Shipping methods are selected based on parcel size, destination, delivery requirements, and cost efficiency to ensure the best service for our customers.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. For added peace of mind, every shipment from KWC3D is fully insured at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping Requirements and Restrictions

Please note that a single invoice cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Orders with shipping addresses that include a P.O. Box can only be delivered via Canada Post, which may result in higher shipping charges. Based on the carrier and shipment type, a signature may be required upon delivery. Orders may also arrive in multiple cartons based on the size and contents of the shipment.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed with reasonable efforts for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped from our warehouse on the following business day. For Saturday or weekend delivery requests, please get in touch with Customer Service to confirm availability. Delivery on statutory holidays is not available. 

Expected Delivery Time

Normal shipping services are handled by Canada Post &  local delivery services for the Waterloo region, Ontario.

Times are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations, excluding weekends, holidays, and unexpected warehouse closures. Delivery estimates are in no way guaranteed delivery dates. Once orders are picked up by our delivery service, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen complications with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, weather, other natural causes, or other factors outside our control.

KWC3D Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method selected at checkout. For all orders qualifying for free shipping, KWC3D reserves the right to select the most economical shipping carrier and service available.
Complimentary Standard FREE Delivery – KWC Region
Orders valued at $60 CAD or more of 3D printer Filaments, SLA Resins, 3D printers and 3D printer spares qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the eligible Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge postal code regions. Standard delivery is typically completed within 2 business days.

Deliveries to neighbouring rural Waterloo Region communities are available for a flat delivery fee of $10 CAD.
N0B – Includes Woolwich, Wilmot, Wellesley, North Dumfries, Baden, Elmira, St. Jacobs, Ayr, New Hamburg, and surrounding communities.
Same-Day Delivery – KWC Region only
Same day delivery KWC region - Orders valued at $60 and above placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the same day for an additional Service fee of $10 per order.
Shipping Across Canada
Standard Delivery - Available across Canada with estimated delivery within 3–4 business days, depending on destination.
Expedited Delivery - Estimated delivery within 2 business days for most Canadian locations.
High-Value Orders
Discounted shipping rates may be available for high-value orders. Please contact the KWC3D Customer Service team during checkout or immediately after placing your order for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your shipping label has been created, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and stay updated on its delivery status every step of the way.

RETURNS
Return Policy KWC3D
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any product can be returned.
To request an RMA, please contact our support team by email or phone.
Once the authorized return has been received and inspected at our facility, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing.

Refund Method
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.
  • If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled after shipment has been dispatched may be returned for a refund, less any applicable shipping, handling, and return transportation charges associated with the order.

Clearance Items
All Clearance Item sales are final.

Return Policy

Damaged or Broken Goods
KWC3D is committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. If your product is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at support@kwc3d.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Upon notification, our team will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. All damage claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that all purchases are considered final sale. In approved cases, compensation may be provided in replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Standard Returns
Unless otherwise specified, products purchased from KWC3D may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
  • Products must be new, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, documentation, and accessories must be included.
  • Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
Returns of printers, machines, filaments, resins, spare parts, and accessories are subject to either:
A 15% restocking fee, or Store credit equal to 100% of the product value, at KWC3D's discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
  • Scanners
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance items
  • Opened kits

Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, subject to approval and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Printers, Machines & Accessories
3D printers, machines, and certain accessories may be subject to the manufacturer's return and warranty policies in addition to KWC3D's policy.
We recommend contacting our team for model-specific return information before initiating a return.
To ensure warranty eligibility, customers are strongly encouraged to retain all original packaging for the duration of the product's warranty period. Some manufacturers require original packaging for repairs or warranty service. Replacement packaging fees may apply if the original packaging is unavailable.

Return Condition Requirements
All returned products must be received in the same condition as originally purchased, with all components, accessories, and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged, altered, misused, improperly installed, or used beyond normal operating conditions.

Errors & Disputes

Address Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including the delivery address, is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and KWC3D (STRATAFORM INC.) is not notified before the order has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred, including return shipping fees and the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address, if applicable.

Delivery Confirmation

KWC3D (STRATAFORM INC.) partners with reputable shipping carriers that provide advanced tracking and delivery confirmation services. Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

In cases where a customer reports that an order has not been received, the carrier's tracking records and delivery confirmation details will be considered valid proof of delivery. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided and contact the carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries when necessary.
