KWC3D partners with trusted local delivery providers for regional shipments and utilizes leading national carriers, including Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, and DHL, for interprovincial and nationwide deliveries. Shipping methods are selected based on parcel size, destination, delivery requirements, and cost efficiency to ensure the best service for our customers.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. For added peace of mind, every shipment from KWC3D is fully insured at no additional cost to the customer.

Normal shipping services are handled by Canada Post & local delivery services for the Waterloo region, Ontario.
Times are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations, excluding weekends, holidays, and unexpected warehouse closures. Delivery estimates are in no way guaranteed delivery dates. Once orders are picked up by our delivery service, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen complications with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, weather, other natural causes, or other factors outside our control.

Errors & Disputes
KWC3D (STRATAFORM INC.) partners with reputable shipping carriers that provide advanced tracking and delivery confirmation services. Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
In cases where a customer reports that an order has not been received, the carrier's tracking records and delivery confirmation details will be considered valid proof of delivery. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided and contact the carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries when necessary.
